GSE is recruiting junior engineers and trains them in project management with an international slant.

 GSE class of 2007

We have decided to form a group of junior engineers each year, and to integrate them into GSE through a one-year training
program which combines:

  • placement on projects during the design or construction phase, under the guidance of an experienced Project Engineer,
  • theoretical training in construction engineering (two full days per month).

At the end of the year at GSE, you will be capable of managing projects on your own, from project design through to turn-key delivery.

Your skills
  • you speak fluent English and French, and a third language is a further asset,
  • you are a team player and are ready to take initiative,
  • you are interested in the construction field and its technical aspects,
  • you have good interpersonal skills, listening skills and are a good negotiator, 
  • international experience appeals to you.
