		We have defined three core objectives, focusing on actions and ongoing measurement:

Customer satisfaction

Two Customer Satisfaction surveys are conducted;

the first one at building completion,
and the second after one year.

GSE’s business growth is based upon ongoing relationships with our key clients, some of whom have worked with GSE for over 20 years. Such levels of repeat business can only be achieved through rigorous quality standards.

Supplier relations

GSE’s Supplier Charter states clearly the levels of quality required from our sub-contractor team including: attention to detail in design and inspection during construction. In return, GSE provides an agreed annual volume of business, well-organized construction sites eliminating down time, and resources, focusing on effective and efficient project delivery.
