The British firm Hayley has selected GSE for the construction of a real estate complex for use as a conference center, on seventeen hectares of land on the grounds of the château in Saint Just, in Oise County in France.
 This project includes:
- demolition of existing buildings,
- renovation of the château itself to hold 15 meeting rooms and the administrative offices for the conference center,
- construction of the conference center,
- a 150-room 4-star hotel,
- a restaurant and 500-meal kitchen,
- a series of seminar and banquet rooms,
- a fitness center,
- and external development.
Special care has been devoted to preserving the trees on the site and to blending the new buildings into the architectural complex and natural setting on the site.
