- GSE increases its activity on the retail real estate market
The retail sector is a growth sector for GSE which provides a global response to retail issues, ranging from land search to investor identification, for GSE can cover retail operations of all sizes for specialized developers.
- GSE and Urban Development
GSE has taken a very upstream stance on potential service and activity operations, thus ensuring control over their development.
GSE’s new involvement in this type of activity can range from real estate acquisition to turnkey delivery of new construction, and covers all the technical, legal and financial phases involved in new development: land acquisition, market and economic studies, zoning and pre-operational studies, administrative formalities (mixed-development packages, subdivisions, building permits, etc…). GSE can also provide general development of the zone, transfer to investors and/or promoters, building construction, and property management.
One good example of this new orientation is the development underway in the future activity zone of Portes de Vémars (95 – France) which covers 180,000m² of buildings for logistics, express deliveries, small and medium-sized business, company seedbeds and common services, on some fifity hectares along the A1 motorway, 7 km north of the Roissy-Charles de Gaulle airport.
- Nazca, a subsidiary for photovoltaic development

Within the scope of its policy to intensify R&D activity, the GSE Group has demonstrated its pro-active attitude to sustainable development by creating in 2007 a subsidiary that will be concentrating on the development of “turnkey” photovoltaic plants integrated in the rooftops of industrial and logistics buildings.
With the launch of this new activity, the GSE Group provides its clients both in France and abroad with the possibility of obtaining an integrated offer which combines building construction with the installation of a photovoltaic plant. |
